Our Facilities

Our first-class assembly/rigging shop enables us to lift your boat off the trailer using our 20,000lb overhead moving system and setting it comfortably on moving trucks, custom built staircases allows us to step into the boat without touching the outside paint work we maintain this area as our final staging apart from engine assembly, machining facility, fabrication facility, and polishing room. In the engineering, rigging, electronic technology field Rod Tschiggfrie, Jim Coulson, Johnny Alles and  Mike Heeren have over 60 years of experience to assure every customer that RCI can handle any job large or small. 

Our ENGINE ASSEMBLY / PROVING DYNO located in Mokena, IL is where RCI assembles and Dyno proves our engines. Myron White and Pete Robertson together have over 50 years of experience in the engine building/testing field. We encourage all of our customers to participate in a consultation to learn and understand the full power of an RCI power plant.
